On our last visit, our flight home was canceled, requiring that we stay an extra night - the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. "

"The staff was amazing. We didn’t get in till 2 am and they were waiting for us. The next morning since we had to caught a flight in the afternoon, they ask if we wanted late checkout and also suggested we do the long walk and it was truly magical. We were in London for less than 24 hours and the service at this hotel made our trip. Thank you and the breakfast was fantastic. "

"such a nice place to stay for a family of 4. a little noisy at night sometimes with "drinkers" coming back. But just have some ear plugs. Great location. just know there is no lift if you on the upper levels. "

"Have their own parking lot, which is extremely rare and very helpful if you have a rental car. Very nice and helpful staff. I forgot my electric converter and they cheerfully provided one I could use. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A great place stay, feel from the Castle, in Windsor. "
