"Building work across the hotel restricted things so that reception and dinner/breakfast served in temp locations but staff did there best to make things seem normal."

"First impressions at reception and check in were excellent. Room was big and very clean. French doors had gaps and let in cold and noise and boy was it noisy from 3pm to 2am it was non stop, motorbikes, car horns and people shouting and screaming. 6am started again with lorries and dustbins being emptied. Perfect location for all shops and tourist attractions but if you want a good nights sleep forget it."

"Room was good size, large comfy bed, but that's the positives. First impression not great with the door handle hanging off, the last occupants left long hairs all over the floor, the shower was very tired with literally no pressure, all in all very tired property that needs renovating. Breakfast was a buffet for full English, why have a menu?, no beans, no eggs, and we were down at 9.30am when service was until 10.30am. Won't be staying again if in that area, pay a little more and stay in Marlow if that's your plan. "

"Parking was great and free and the breakfast had a lot of choice even though we dont eat meat. It was a good stay and the staff were lovely."
